He called the destruction “a very significant achievement.”Ukraine’s military also announced that it had recaptured the village of Andriivka about 10 kilometers south of the embattled city of Bakhmut in the eastern region of Donetsk.A Ukrainian commander wrote on social media that liberating Andriivka means his forces have “full control over the railroad” which he says will allow them to surround Bakhmut.
